I am participating in the Walk4ALZ for the second year in support of my wife , Linda, who has had this disease for the past 8+ years and has been bedridden for the past 16 months. She needs help with all the activities of daily living and communication has become very difficult. I also walk for all the other patients, families, and caregivers dealing with this horrible disease.
