I am participating in the 'Walk4ALZ' fundraising event to raise money and awareness in the fight to find a cure for Alzheimer's disease. ALL 100% of funds raised here will support programs that provide life-changing support services to those who are affected by the disease, including education and programs for families and professionals, and advocacy that results in public policies that enhance the lives of those living with Alzheimer's disease.

The funds raised in this year’s event are more important than ever! Not only does Alzheimer’s Orange County provide free life-changing programs, education and support services for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, but in the wake of the pandemic, this organization has switched gears to offer services and essential provisions to community elders in need. Alzheimer’s Orange County has distributed thousands of meals, groceries, face masks, activity kits, personal hygiene and protective care items – in addition to placing outreach calls and transferring all programs & education to an online format.
