Over 164,000 people in Orange County are affected by dementia or memory loss.

Since 1982, Alzheimer’s Orange County has been Orange County’s center for Alzheimer’s resources. We are dedicated to providing quality care and support services to the thousands of residents of Orange County who are affected by Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementias, and also partnering with local researchers to populate clinical trials to help find a cure.

Our mission: To serve Orange County individuals with memory loss, frail seniors, and those that support them.

Until there is a cure, we can provide hope with your support. Our continuum of care consists of a comprehensive set of community-based support services, direct care and other vital programs that improve the quality of life of those affected.

We are a partner that walks hand in hand with those we support, providing our families with an experienced partner to help navigate the journey of memory loss. From the first moment that a person starts to worry about losing their memory, to when
a diagnosis is received, through the early stages of dementia and beyond, we are there to help through every step to help others prepare, plan and alleviate the challenges they face.

100% of our fundraising stays here in Orange County. Our 9% overhead means that for every dollar you donate, 91 cents goes towards our support services.
